Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect, located in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, and adhering to regulatory standards. This role includes creating project plans, leading design teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and reviewing submittals and project documentation. The Project Architect will also manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Experience in Project Management and handling project submittals
  • Knowledge and application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant professional degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure is a plus
