ROLE  Manager – EHS is overall responsible to ensure adherence to highest standard of EHS and implement best practice procedures, develop and report key performance indicators and enforce all Environment, Health & Safety regulations are followed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Measure and Monitoring organization's EHS standard.
  • Assist City Lead – EHS & EHS team to minimize or avoid risks and hazards in the workplace to achieve zero Accident Goal.
  • Provide appropriate safety and health, Incident/accident prevention, and investigation training for EHS team as and when required.
  • Assist EHS team to Implement and maintain EHS Standard at projects / sites.
  • Creation or Review EHS Policies, EHS Management plan, HIRA, SWMS, JSA, Emergency Response Plan of other EHS Documents.
  • Co-ordination with Management for EHS Implementation and necessary approvals.
  • Monitors teams performance and guide them whenever required.
  • Prepare EHS Statistics of the Organization and submit the same to management.
  • Conduct EHS Audit and prepare audit report for management reference.
