Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer/Coordinator to oversee and continuously improve our EHS programs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, promote a culture of safety and sustainability, and support initiatives that minimize risk and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Investigate incidents, analyze safety data, and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs for employees on EHS practices and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on environmental performance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
  • Stay current with evolving EHS regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an EHS role.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
