Strategic

  • Own EHS process and act as a harbinger of change.

Operational

  • Conduct EHS induction, toolbox talks, and PPE training for all staff and contractors.
  • Inspect site conditions, identify unsafe acts, and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
  • Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses; implement preventive measures.
  • Organize safety committee meetings, mock drills, and emergency preparedness exercises.
  • Maintain and inspect fire protection systems, first aid facilities, and PPE inventory.
  • Enforce safe work procedures, permit-to-work systems, and housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for EHS compliance.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly EHS reports to management and clients.
  • Publishing safety chronicles and newsletters.
  • Liaison with government authority and various clients, conducting meeting, seminars on site emergency dull, etc.

Developmental

  • Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections, maintaining updated records and checklists.
  • Train workers and supervisors on risk assessment, job safety analysis, and emergency response.
  • Recommend measures to minimize workplace hazards and ensure continual EHS improvement.
  • Maintain and update emergency evacuation and site safety procedures.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance safety awareness through newsletters, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Support project teams in maintaining EHS documentation and achieving safety goals.
  • Plan EHS procedures to optimize processes and operations and reduce failure and cost & wastage resources.
  • Investigation & reporting of accidents/incidents and implementation of recommendation to parent reoccurrence.
  • Identify potential accidents risk & develop prevention, control and mitigation
  • Measures to eliminate accident risk.
  • To ensure proper EHS implementation for all construction activities at sites.
  • Conducting safety audit on quarterly basis
  • To keep in red line firefighting squad, medical support and first aid help for the personal during the shutdown job.
  • Overall responsibility of site safety procedures, SOP and ensure compliances.
  • Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, regulatory, precautionary and other)
