Role Description

Answer guest queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Upsell apartments across the APAC region, using your best sales techniques to close deals.

Convert leads into successful bookings, driving revenue growth alongside your team.

Address customer complaints promptly and maintain an excellent calling TAT (Turnaround Time).

Constantly seek out new revenue-generating opportunities to help meet organizational targets.

Ensure client details are complete and that you have a strong knowledge of our offerings and competitors.

Provide personalized services that meet the individual needs of each customer, securing long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Sales-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach.

Knowledge of the APAC market is a plus

Preferably from travel /hospitality industry

Should be flexible with shifts
