Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Kolkata. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students, responding to inquiries, and assisting in the admissions process. Key tasks include communicating with applicants via phone or email, explaining course offerings and benefits, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. They will play an essential role in enhancing the enrollment experience and building strong relationships with prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with CRM or data management systems
  • Strong counseling, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to guide and motivate prospective students
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a passion for education and student success
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education or communication-related fields preferred)
  • Experience in a similar role or in the education sector is a plus
