About the Role: We're looking for a few candidates for a Tele Calling Executive (Customer Support role, not a sales profile). Freshers can apply. Good communication in Bengali & Hindi is required, along with basic English writing skills. Candidates must be comfortable with basic computer usage and email drafting.

Eligibility:

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation (any stream)
  • Having knowledge in Tally will be considered as an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper resolution
  • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer
  • Make outbound follow-up, feedback, and confirmation calls
