Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller, based in Kolkata. The Tele caller will handle daily responsibilities such as making outbound calls, attending to inbound inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and providing relevant property information. The role also involves following up with potential clients, scheduling property visits, and maintaining a database of customer interactions. Effective communication and persuasion skills are vital for successfully engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and engagement
- Proficiency in sales communication and client relationship management
- Ability to maintain organized records and handle customer follow-ups
- Professional telephone etiquette and persuasive skills
- Basic knowledge of the real estate sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in regional languages, in addition to English, is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently within a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communications are a plus
