Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Student Caller. The Student Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and providing them with information about our programs and convert the lead into admission. Day-to-day tasks include making calls to students, responding to inquiries, providing detailed information about our Study Abroad consultancy, and guiding them through the application process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of all interactions and following up with students as needed to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in handling outbound and inbound calls
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of study abroad programs and processes is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
