Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Performance Marketer based in Sarita Vihar. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing paid advertising, optimizing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and driving data-informed strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration with creative teams, monitoring key performance metrics, and staying updated with trends will also be essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in performance marketing channels, including PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and understanding of SEO principles
  • Skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ad management tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets for paid advertising campaigns
  • Ability to meet deadlines and drive measurable business outcomes
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred
