Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on building relationships with influencers who can effectively communicate our brand values and promote Sociogenee's delivery solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and enhancing our brand presence through authentic influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with Sociogenee's goals and brand voice. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
Influencer Identification:
Research and identify potential influencers in the logistics, delivery, sustainability, and lifestyle sectors. Evaluate their audience engagement, reach, and alignment with our brand.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering collaboration that encourages authentic storytelling about Sociogenee's offerings.
Campaign Execution:
Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including contract negotiations, content guidelines, and timeline management. Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality content that resonates with their audience.
Content Creation:
Work with the creative team to develop compelling content for campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. Prepare reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Budget Management:
Manage budgets for influencer partnerships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, PR, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and maximize campaign impact.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field, preferably in the logistics, delivery, or sustainability sectors.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their influencer landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft persuasive messages.
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and derive insights.
- Creative thinking with a proven track record of generating innovative campaign ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
