About the Company:IT Infrastructure L2 ( Plan,design, build multiple M365 environments) 7+ years _PuneAbout the Role:This role is responsible for supporting the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of multiple M365 environments which support business requirements. Engineers II ensure that high-level network security is maintained and provide expertise and assistance in IT projects related M365 issues or initiatives. They ensure the integrity of the systems and develop procedures for maintaining security of applicable cloud infrastructure.

They use their strong customer orientation to diffuse and control escalated situations effectively to provide service to the end users. Responsibilities:Resolve Microsoft 365 support tickets and requests using ServiceNow ticketing system

Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for all Microsoft 365 products

Create and maintain technical documentation

Participate in On-call rotation

Implements and manages servers, operating systems, application systems and infrastructure within the scope of activity of the department and provides specialized assistance to their users

Ensures adherence to the data protection plan and in case of natural disasters, hardware equipment failures, operating mistakes, computer attacks, etc.Promotes Information Security Strategy Awareness across the enterprise and understands the enterprise's organizational structure and culture to best attain objectives and results

Supports end users and field engineers to resolve hardware issues as well as remote troubleshooting in order to resolve software user issues or other IT issues

Supports the designing of data and infrastructure systems to adhere to best practices and security compliances

Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for product offerings in the AV/Multimedia space including Conference Rooms and Conferencing, Room Scheduling, Digital Signage, Live Stream etc.Collaborates across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work

Works in collaboration with the business requestors to translate AV solutions into proposals, including system design functionality, diagrams, and specifications

Creates, maintains and communicate technical documentation and business summaries regularly

Provides time estimates, budget forecasting and project scopes for related projects

Identifies project risks and potential solutions with minimizing impact

Delivers automated setup practices and well defined SOPs focusing on full automation of the implementation process

Assumes responsibility for the designing, implementing and administering of new infrastructure services

Works with business partners to understand business needs and incorporate those into overall strategic planning
