Job Overview
The Network Admin L2 position is a mid-level role located in Pune, requiring full-time employment. The candidate will manage network systems, ensuring security and efficiency while supporting the organization's telecom infrastructure. Proficiency in network security and firewalls is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science (60% marks throughout in academics)
Experience
At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Network and security operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in network security and familiar with Firewalls like Cisco ASA and Palo Alto (Mandatory skill).
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, NTP & DHCP protocols (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols, specifically BGP and OSPF, to ensure network efficiency and security.
- Knowledge and experience in network automation to streamline processes and increase reliability.
- Proficiency in automation languages such as Python or Ansible for scripting and automating tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues with expertise and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
