Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat Support)

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic Process (Voice / Chat Support) team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries accurately and with empathy.
  • Provide timely and relevant information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
  • Adhere to company processes, policies, and performance standards.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any discipline).
  • Prior experience in BPO or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:

₹13,500 – ₹15,500 per month (In-hand)
