Assistant Manager - Instructional Design

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the Audit Learning Design team. The purpose of this role is to lead the designing of engaging and interactive digital learning solutions such as elearning, videos, infographics, and performance support resources. 

Responsibilities

•Work closely with the stakeholders to understand technical training requirements

•Project manage the design lifecycle of your projects

•Bring in-depth knowledge of digital learning, virtual delivery and facilitation, and innovative leading-edge solutions

•Manage relationships with key stakeholders and wider design team

•Conduct, manage and measure the impact of learning campaigns

•Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and onshore stakeholders to ensure that the learning design meets the learning objectives and key success criteria

•Assist in needs analysis including gathering/analysis/verification, additional research; confirming outcomes and learning objectives; identifying concepts, models and messages; high-level design preparation, review and sign off (including ISQM1 requirements); evaluation process and proposal; detailed design & review; evaluation sign off; design briefing

•Help define requirements based on scope (existing or new content) and recommend retirement/refresh of old content

•Gain input on technology and other requirements for the right solution

•Ensure all learning projects are executed as per agreed team processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Requirements



•Degree at a Bachelor level required

•Demonstrable experience of designing highly engaging and effective digital learning resources

•Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging and managing senior stakeholders

•Deep understanding of User Centred Design, and Adult Learning Principles

•Ability to understand and develop effective digital learning outcomes while understanding the implications from a culture, business success and company practice standpoint

•The ability to translate client business needs into realistic and achievable plans in collaboration with the learning CoE.

•Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels.
