Job Description: Technical Project Manager (Fullstack + AI )

We are looking for a
hands-on Technical Project Manager
with a strong
Fullstack development background
and proven expertise in managing complex technology projects. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with project leadership skills and has experience in leveraging
AI tools and emerging Generative AI capabilities
to improve project outcomes, service quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage
  end-to-end project delivery
  , ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Remain
  hands-on with Fullstack technologies
  to provide technical guidance, unblock teams, and drive engineering best practices.
• Utilize
  AI-powered tools
  to optimize project execution, improve quality assurance, automate reporting, and enhance overall team productivity.
• Drive adoption of
  emerging Generative AI techniques
  for code assistance, documentation, testing, or workflow improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA) to align on goals, requirements, and delivery milestones.
• Track and report on project health (scope, budget, timelines, risks, utilization) with actionable insights.
• Mentor and coach team members to build technical and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 7–14 years of experience
  in technology roles with at least
  3+ years in project or delivery management
  .
• Strong
  hands-on experience in Fullstack development
  (JavaScript/TypeScript, , React/Angular, databases, APIs, cloud deployment).
• Proven ability to
  bridge technical and managerial responsibilities
  , balancing coding/architecture with stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with
  AI/ML tools
  (e.g., code assistants, automated QA, project management AI integrations) to improve delivery efficiency.
• Exposure to
  Generative AI applications
  (prompting, lightweight RAG, AI-assisted development/testing).
• Strong understanding of
  SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience in
  enterprise-scale project delivery
  with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of
  cloud platforms
  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scalability.
• Experience with
  LLM-based productivity tools
  for project tracking, coding, or testing.
• Ability to evaluate and implement
  AI-driven workflows
  for project efficiency.
