Role Description

This is a volunteer on-site role for a Youth Delegate, located in Chennai. The Youth Delegate will represent the organization at the Youth United Festival, participate in discussions, collaborate with other delegates, and assist in event-related tasks. Responsibilities include providing input on policy discussions, organizing peer activities, and helping coordinate festival programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and networking
  • Team collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to handle event coordination
  • Passion for community engagement, youth initiatives, and leadership development
  • Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Previous experience in youth leadership roles or event management is a plus
