The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within set timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor daily project activities, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Foster effective communication across teams to achieve project goals.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing/industrial project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management or a related field (MBA preferred 7-10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, or civil sectors.

Pay: ₹60, ₹150,000.00 per month
