About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Lead
to drive our brand presence, audience engagement, and content performance across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategist and executor someone who understands storytelling, analytics, and community culture in equal measure.
This role will lead the
end-to-end social media strategy
, manage cross-platform execution, and collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent brand growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a
comprehensive social media strategy
aligned with the brand's objectives, campaigns, and business goals. - Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars and engagement roadmaps for all social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, etc.).
- Define tone, content mix, and publishing cadence for each platform.
Content Leadership
- Work with content and design teams to create compelling posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Oversee brand storytelling with consistent voice, design language, and topical relevance.
- Ensure real-time content responses to trending moments and conversations.
Community Growth & Engagement
- Build and nurture an active online community - responding, engaging, and collaborating with followers, influencers, and partners.
- Identify and manage collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and partnerships for organic reach and visibility.
- Manage reputation, comments, and DMs across all platforms with empathy and professionalism.
Performance & Analytics
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions across platforms.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for leadership.
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience feedback.
Team & Collaboration
- Lead a small team of social media executives, content creators, and video editors.
- Collaborate closely with PR, Design, and Paid Media teams for integrated campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy, management, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience growing and managing brand pages with measurable success.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- A creative thinker who stays ahead of digital trends and can execute fast.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in
B2B, tech, or legal/knowledge-driven sectors
is a plus. - Hands-on experience with
paid media campaigns
and
influencer marketing. - Familiarity with
AI-driven content tools
or automation platforms.
