Human Resource Business Partner
ABOUT THE ROLE
The candidate will be responsible for managing HR partnering role for Bonito Experience
centers in Bangalore. Role will focus on streamlining existing processes, followed by
identifying existing process gaps and devising measures to minimize or eliminate the
same.
Partner with the Business team to develop and implement HR policies and practices
that will support the growth of a business.
Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.
¢ Educate, coach, and partner with managers on various employee initiative.
¢ The primary focus of this position is to Interface with Bonito associates for various Life
cycle processes starting from Onboarding to exits
Participate in conducting on-boarding formalities
Manage and monitor the quality and accuracy of service delivery for employee benefits,
induction etc.
Handle employee queries regarding HR procedures, policy, benefits programs etc.
Assist Bonito Central HR Team with employee relations activities
¢Improve HR Operations processes, including identification of problems and
opportunities for enhancement of process parameters, definition and assessment of
improvement options, and execution/project management for the respective initiatives.
¢ Coordination with internal stakeholders at EC's to drive and deliver HR initiatives.
¢ Responsible for deriving various employee engagement initiatives.
¢ Develops standard reports and manages and build various HR dashboard on monthly
bases .
¢ Design and delivery of customized reports for HR teams, line managers and senior
management of organisation.
¢ Personal will be responsible for data integrity, report writing and analyzing data flows
for process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
¢
PG in HR with an Overall 10+ years experience in HRBP.

¢ A roll-up-your-sleeves and get-it-done leadership style marked by a high level of
energy and attention to detail.
¢ Strong focus on innovation and deep understanding of the business
¢ Comfortable operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment.
¢ Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, consulting, teamwork and
leadership skills
¢ Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze trends and propose recommendations.
¢Strong knowledge of HRIS functional operations, business systems, and processes
required.
¢Highly analytical, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make recommend
