Your role

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirement stories
  • Collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
  • Engage with our business stakeholders to drive out functional and non-functional requirements and help influence them with best practice market knowledge
  • Leverage their existing business / market knowledge to challenge and inspire creative thinking within the pod

Your team
You'll be working in the Trading Platform crew in Switzerland which is part of the Trade and Transfer Assets Stream. We build, support and transform trading applications for UBS Global Wealth Management and P&C Clients. Our Platform is used globally both internally and externally 24/7 and is truly cross-asset supporting Equities, Funds, Fixed income, FX, MoneyMarket, Structure Products, Digital assets.

Your expertise

  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in the financial services sector (preferably in the Trading or Wealth Management domain)
  • Extensive use of requirement gathering tools such as Gitlab, Confluence
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, SMEs, Business Users, and other Stake holders to translate business requirements for IT teams
  • Ability to produce high quality, intuitive user stories for developers and QA
  • Ability to work in fast paced iterative sprint cycles
  • Good understanding of agile/scrum methodology
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Fluent in English with good collaboration skills
  • Collaborate with upstream, downstream applications to come up with relevant data, stats and requirements
