We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and support lead generation in line with our IT services offerings (such as software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to enhance organic visibility across target geographies.
  • Perform detailed keyword research to support new content strategies and improve existing pages.
  • Optimize website structure, internal linking, meta tags, header tags, and image alt attributes.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and blog strategies.
  • Perform technical SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush; identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, etc.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage backlink-building strategies, including outreach, guest blogging, and partnerships.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and report on KPIs.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with international SEO (e.g., for US, UK, or EU markets).
  • Understanding of broader digital marketing strategies (PPC, content marketing, email, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and paid search campaigns is a plus.
