Your work profile

As a Sr Consultant in our ET&P Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Group Reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Support configuration and setup activities related to financial consolidation, group reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.

• Collaborate with business users and senior consultants to gather and analyze requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, including configuration specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Provide support during go-live and hypercare phases to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Help identify and propose improvements in current processes and SAP Group Reporting functionality.
• Work closely with other SAP Finance module consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Stay updated on latest SAP Group Reporting features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Group Reporting with at least 1-2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations.
• Good knowledge of financial consolidation, group reporting, and close processes within SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Exposure to SAP Group Reporting module configuration and master data management.
• Understanding of integration points between Group Reporting and core Finance modules (FI/CO).
• Ability to analyze business processes and support solution design and testing activities.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and statutory reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology or similar implementation frameworks is an advantage.

Desired qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP certification in Group Reporting or Finance modules is a plus but not mandatory.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
