
Sales Specialist

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in the USA, including law firms, insurance firms, and hospitals. You will be expected to make regular calls, establish strong relationships, and communicate how our medical record review services can add value to their legal and healthcare operations. You will be focusing on building relationships, driving sales, and handling the US market on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new clients
(law firms, insurance companies, hospitals) in the US, utilizing calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels. - Make regular sales calls
to both new and existing clients, following up on leads and developing strong relationships. - Present and sell our services
, emphasizing the unique benefits we offer to US clients in the medico-legal sector. - Generate and qualify leads
, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. - Maintain a robust pipeline
and regularly follow up with clients to move them through the sales funnel. - Meet or exceed sales targets
and contribute to business growth. - Collaborate with the internal team
to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction post-sale. - Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving needs within the US market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience
in B2B sales, with a strong background in handling
US-based clients
(experience in legal, insurance, or healthcare sectors is a plus). - Comfortable with regular calls
and outreach to US clients across different time zones. - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with an ability to connect and build relationships with senior professionals such as attorneys, insurance executives, and hospital administrators.
- Experience with CRM systems
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven
by results in a remote, independent work environment. - Ability to
work in US time zones
for calls, meetings, and follow-ups. - Familiarity with
medico-legal services
or medical record reviews is beneficial but not mandatory.
