What You'll Learn:

As a Delegate Relationship Intern, youll gain hands-on experience in outreach, research and communication for one of the worlds most celebrated gourmet events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify gourmet chocolatiers, cake entrepreneurs and other similar businesses across India.
  • Reach out to potential delegates and prospective visitors via phone, email, and other channels to share event details, pitch tickets, and follow up.
  • Analyse and orchestrate visitor outreach campaigns for varied audiences
  • Act as a point of contact for interested parties, providing support and guidance throughout the event process.
  • Maintain a tracker of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Support the team with other event-related outreach activities.
