Role Description

This is an internship role for a Learning and Development Intern located on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will assist in developing and delivering training programs, managing learning management systems, designing instructional materials, and supporting coaching efforts. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating training sessions, updating learning materials, and providing coaching to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Training & Development and Learning Management skills
  • Instructional Design skills
  • Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other educational technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus
