This role focuses on designing, automating, and managing modern cloud infrastructure on AWS to support large-scale, high-performance applications. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key part in cloud transformation initiatives, automation strategy, deployment optimization, and ensuring system reliability across environments. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid work setup, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and can lead DevOps best practices across teams.


Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Implement secure cloud environments with IAM, VPC configurations, VPNs, and network best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment issues and enhance system performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, supporting skill development and process improvement.
  • Continuously optimize cost, performance, and reliability across AWS services and infrastructure components.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 8–10 years of strong DevOps experience with deep hands-on knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, EKS, and CloudFormation.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Strong Linux administration background with solid proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
  • Extensive experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment practices.
  • Skilled in monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Strong networking and security foundations, including VPCs, load balancers, IAM policies, and VPN configurations.
  • Ability to solve complex infrastructure problems, optimize cloud performance, and drive automation improvements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving reliability, streamlining deployments, and building scalable cloud systems.
