Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content and pages across all social media platforms to strengthen the brand's online presence. This role involves executing digital strategies, engaging with the audience, monitoring performance analytics, and supporting overall marketing initiatives to drive growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop, schedule, and publish creative content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics).
  • Write engaging and brand-aligned captions.
  • Maintain a consistent and strategic content calendar.

2. Strategy & Branding

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.

3. Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities.
  • Manage brand reputation across social platforms and escalate issues when needed.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, growth).
  • Analyze performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Use insights to optimize future content and campaigns.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns.
  • Assist in managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Paid Advertising (If Required)

  • Assist in creating and monitoring paid ad campaigns across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics and insights tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple pages/accounts.
