**job Overview**: As an IT Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence, specifically within the IT domain. This role involves creating and implementing social media strategies to engage with our audience, promote our IT solutions, and build our brand reputation. You will collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with IT marketing goals and company objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Create and curate engaging content relevant to IT trends, solutions, and industry news. This includes blog posts, infographics, videos, and updates.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote IT products, services, and events.
- **Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community to build relationships and drive conversations.
- **Analytics**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use data to optimize strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure unified messaging and address any technical inquiries or concerns from the audience.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing within the IT sector.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the IT or technology sector. Experience with social media tools and platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and their role in IT marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and terminology.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
