Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO & ORM Associate to strengthen Brite Škoda's digital presence and customer relationship initiatives.

This role combines analytical thinking with creative execution — ensuring our dealership ranks high across search platforms and maintains authentic, engaging customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Digital Visibility

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building activities.
  • Improve dealership visibility across Google, Maps, and automotive listing platforms.
  • Coordinate with the creative and web teams to ensure all online content supports SEO objectives.
  • Track analytics, keyword performance, and competitors' digital activities.

2. ORM & Customer Engagement

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews across Google, Meta, and third-party portals (Autocar, CarDekho, etc.).
  • Maintain healthy engagement with customers — converting feedback into opportunities for improved service.
  • Collaborate with the CRM manager to segment and track customer data, follow-up activities, and lead conversions.

3. Social Media Coordination (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Work with the creative team and Director on campaign execution, contests, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in monthly social calendars and content alignment for digital consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in SEO, CRM, or Digital Marketing (automotive industry preferred not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Google Business, SEO tools, and ORM.
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to respond professionally to customers online.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a creative problem-solving mindset.
