Roles & Responsibilities;

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client and internal projects — from kickoff to release.
• Define clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Track progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Keep teams aligned and ensure no open loops or dropped handoffs.

Team & Execution Management

• Coordinate across engineering, design, QA, and DevOps to keep workflows smooth.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, raise red flags early, and drive timely resolutions.
• Conduct stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain rhythm and accountability.
• Foster an environment of ownership and accountability within the team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary communication bridge between clients, founders, and delivery teams.
• Manage expectations and scope, keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
• Prepare status updates, demos, and post-release reviews.
• Translate technical discussions into clear business insights for non-technical audiences.

Process & Improvement

• Implement lightweight, efficient processes that enhance visibility and control.
• Measure performance with data-driven metrics (velocity, burn rate, etc.).
• Identify areas of improvement in delivery quality and communication flow.

Technical Understanding (Non-Coding Role);

• Familiar with modern web and mobile product ecosystems (e.g., LAMP, MERN, Flutter, React Native).
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable discussing architecture trade-offs and tech dependencies with developers.
