Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Media & Operations (Study Abroad Vertical)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven 
Digital Marketing Executive
 to manage and optimize paid media campaigns, lead operations, and marketing automation for the 
Study Abroad
 vertical. The role requires hands-on expertise in 
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
, operational management through 
LeadSquared (LS)
, and close coordination with internal teams to drive high-quality leads, ensure process efficiency, and support digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize 
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
     campaigns to generate high-intent leads and improve ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting for each study abroad product (GMAT, GRE, SAT, IELTS, Admissions Consulting, Overseas).
  • Create and optimize 
    paid campaign landing pages
     to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

2. Operations & Coordination

  • Oversee and guide the 
    marketing intern(s)
     in executing daily operational and reporting tasks.
  • Manage 
    lead flow and reporting
     through 
    LeadSquared (LS)
     – ensuring data accuracy, timely uploads, and campaign tagging.
  • Handle 
    marketing automation workflows
     within LS, including triggers, journeys, and nurturing sequences.

3. Website & Product Page Management

  • Update and maintain 
    product pages
     through the CL Online portal to ensure accuracy and relevance of content and creatives.
  • Collaborate with the 
    tech team
     for webpage updates (articles, sessions, and campaign landing pages).
  • Prepare detailed documentation for each requested change.
  • Follow up with the tech team to ensure timely execution and feedback incorporation.

4. Campaign Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate 
    weekly/monthly performance reports
     for ad campaigns and LS leads.
  • Analyze 
    webinar performance
    , tracking registrations, attendance, lead quality, and post-webinar conversions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve 
    campaign performance
     and overall lead generation efficiency.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in 
    digital marketing, paid media, and marketing operations
    .
  • Proven experience managing 
    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
     with performance-based objectives.
  • Strong understanding of 
    lead funnels

    marketing automation
    , and CRM systems (preferably 
    LeadSquared
    ).
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Google Analytics

    Tag Manager
    , and 
    conversion tracking
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Excel/Google Sheets
     for reporting and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of 
    HTML/website CMS
     for page updates (preferred).
