Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Gurgaon, India. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Daily tasks include creating and managing social media campaigns, generating content for web platforms, analysing web analytics to measure campaign performance, and optimising strategies for better engagement and reach.


• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads,

and other digital platforms.


• Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and marketing creatives tailored for real estate

campaigns.


• Manage and grow the company's social media presence with regular posts, stories, and paid

promotions.


• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions.


• Work closely with the sales team to align digital efforts with lead targets.


• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated with trends.


• Track and report KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), engagement, and reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially in real estate or a service-based industry.
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Creative thinker with strong graphic design and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Web Content Writing
  • Analytical skills with knowledge of Web Analytics tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, AI Tools and platforms is a plus.
