Position Name - Placement Manager/ Sr Manager

Location - Bangalore 

Experience Range -  7+ years

Work Model - Work from Office 

Mandatory Requirement:

7+ years of experience in placement, recruitment, and corporate relations. 

Strong understanding of EB and Non-EB placement models.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client & Partner Management (EB & Non-EB)

Manage end-to-end relationships with Enterprise (EB) clients and hiring partners.

Liaise with corporate HRs and business leaders to understand talent requirements and align placement strategies.

Develop and grow a strong network of hiring partners across industries and sectors.

Ensure fulfillment of hiring commitments as per client agreements.

2. Candidate Management & Placement Execution

Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and post-placement documentation for all candidates.

Ensure quality matching of candidates with job requirements (EB and Non-EB).

Track and drive placement KPIs such as job-to-candidate ratio, placement conversion rate, and TAT.

Resolve candidate queries and support onboarding processes with recruiters.

3. Placement Ecosystem & Strategy

Build strategic partnerships with corporates for recurring hiring pipelines (especially EB clients).

Collaborate with internal training, curriculum, and sourcing teams to ensure candidate readiness.

Stay updated with industry hiring trends and proactively map demand.

4. MIS & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all placement activities (EB and Non-EB).

Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Use CRM/ATS tools for tracking leads, interviews, and closures.
