About Our Client:

Our client is a is the world's most advanced metabolic fitness platform. By using glucose and other biomarkers, they are helping people improve their energy levels, lose fat and avoid metabolic disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P):

  • Oversee end-to-end P2P process including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining optimal cash flow and working capital efficiency.
  • Drive process standardization and implement automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and business teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and approval hierarchies.

Order-to-Cash (O2C):

  • Manage the complete O2C cycle including order booking, invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.
  • Partner with business and sales teams to streamline billing, credit control, and dispute resolution processes.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with
    GST, TDS
    , and other statutory requirements.
  • Support audits (statutory, internal, and tax) by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and process documentation for all finance operations.

ERP & Automation:

  • Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar) to automate and optimize workflows across P2P and O2C cycles.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.

Requirements:

  • 6–12 years
    of relevant experience in
    Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
    ,
    P2P
    , and
    O2C
    management.
  • Proven track record in driving
    automation, process improvements
    , and ERP-based finance transformations.
  • Strong understanding of
    GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliances.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualification:
    Chartered Accountant (CA)
    or
    MBA in Finance.
  • Experience in a
    fast-paced or tech-driven environment
    will be an added advantage.
