Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate cashiers and billing counters for efficient checkout operations.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
  • Manage cash reconciliation, daily sales reports, and deposit procedures.
  • Handle customer queries and payment issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and guide cashiers on POS systems, customer service, and store policies.
  • Maintain adequate cash float, stationery, and billing supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with cash management and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience preferably in cash handling or cashier supervision
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, billing software, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹18,000.00 per month
