  • Install and configure active devices at Block and Gram Panchayat (GP) locations.
  • Ensure scalability, redundancy, and compliance with BharatNet/BSNL technical specifications.
  • Support system integration with SNOC/NMS platforms for monitoring and management.
  • Integrate Smart Rack components including UPS, Battery Bank, Solar Systems, and RFMS from GP/Block to SNOC.
  • Prepare and execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and ensure sites are ready for commissioning.
  • Collaborate with Passive Infra Engineers, O&M teams, and PMO to ensure POP readiness and timely commissioning.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors for installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate deployment documentation such as IP plans, rack diagrams, and configuration handover packs.
  • Manage partners and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of project activities.
  • Handle material reconciliation and maintain accuracy in consumption and reporting.
  • Oversee data and inventory management across all deployment activities.
  • Ensure all digital recordsincluding geo-tagged photographs—are uploaded and maintained in the Project Management Tool.
