As a Telecaller at TrackAlways, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls. You will engage with clients to promote our tracking solutions, address inquiries, and assist with any issues they may have. Your communication skills and product knowledge will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Provide detailed information about TrackAlways products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and identify market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and enhance customer outreach.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain composure.
- Familiarity with tracking or GPS technology is a plus.
