We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive footfall, enhance customer engagement, and boost tenant sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or mall marketing, with experience in planning and executing BTL (below-the-line) campaigns, events, digital marketing, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the malls annual marketing plan and calendar.
  • Identify market trends and customer insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and customer engagement activities within the mall.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing events, from concept to completion.
  • Liaise with creative agencies for branding and promotional material.

Digital & Social Media:

  • Manage content and promotions on the malls digital platforms (website, social media, e-newsletters).
  • Track digital KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Tenant Coordination:

  • Build strong relationships with tenants to support joint marketing efforts and drive store-level activations.
  • Communicate marketing campaigns, event participation, and promotional opportunities to tenants.

PR & Media:

  • Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners for coverage of mall events and campaigns.
  • Monitor media placements and generate post-campaign reports.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget; ensure cost-effective execution of all activities.
  • Track ROI of campaigns, footfall trends, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and campaign outcomes.Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, incorporating creative retail concepts, partnerships, manage relevant stakeholders & agencies to achieve company objectives and KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation with relevant Experience in Same Domain.
