Showroom Sales Manager

As the Retail Sales Manager for our furniture showroom, you will be instrumental in establishing and growing our sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up efficient sales processes, enhancing the customer experience, and driving early-stage sales growth.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the new showroom.
- Plan and execute customer attraction initiatives to boost sales.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers personally to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the factory to ensure a diverse and appealing furniture inventory.
- Organize and optimize the showroom layout for maximum product visibility.
Sales Process Development:
- Create and implement effective sales processes, from customer entry to final sale.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotions to stimulate initial sales.
Operational Setup:
- Establish efficient operational procedures for the showroom.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
Budget Planning:
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and manage the showroom's initial sales budget.
- Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Performance Metrics:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the showroom's success.
- Regularly evaluate and report on progress against set targets.
- Proven experience in furniture sales or a related field.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture products and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Education: No formal education requirements.
