Senior Staffing Analyst

Looking for candidates with extensive recruitment experience in IT Permanent Staffing/ Contract Staffing

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Must have experience in contract hiring. Experience

Experience and Education

  • 2 years to 5 years experience in IT Permanent staffing or Contract Staffing is a must.
  • Must understand Recruitment life based hiring.

  • Only candidates with experience in recruitment or consulting firms will be considered.
