Outline of the Role

We are looking to hire a dynamic Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions, provide advisory support for business requirements and more. The Senior-level Systems Analyst is expected to have 5+ years of experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility.
  • Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools.
  • Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience: [optional]

  • Experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts) and Datadog (APM, infrastructure monitoring).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment using GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control best practices.
