Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Operations Team Lead. The Operations Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive process improvements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, analyzing operational data, mentoring team members, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Leadership in managing people and resolving challenges is central to this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and optimize processes.
  • Proficiency in People Management and Communication to lead teams and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Focus on ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and addressing operational challenges effectively.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare or technology domain is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotech, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, with proven leadership experience.
