Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience to lead client acquisition efforts in the US financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads for services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation. A strong understanding of core accounting principles and a consultative sales approach are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation for US-based clients.
  • Manage and nurture a sales pipeline to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Offer consultative financial solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting teams to scope and present customized service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in financial services to support deal closures.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in selling services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation to US clients.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and auditing standards.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment.
  • Deep knowledge of client financial pain points, including revenue, expenses, and internal controls.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree is required; MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience across multiple industries to quickly understand client financial contexts.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and financial software tools.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and business owners as a trusted financial advisor.
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure.
