Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager who can drive business growth through corporate event sales, client relationship building, and operational involvement. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales and marketing background, preferably in the hospitality or events industry, and be ready to support on-ground event operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients (MNCs, SMEs, agencies) for event services (meetings, conferences, seminars, team offsites, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Prepare and present compelling event proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution — from planning to on-site delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement sales campaigns, promotional materials, and lead generation strategies.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to generate leads and close deals.
  • Forecast sales, build sales plans, meet revenue targets, and report on sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with vendors, production, design, and logistics teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Provide post-event feedback analysis, client debriefing, and upsell/cross-sell potential for future events.
  • (Optional but preferred) Manage digital and social media outreach to support event sales, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and corporate marketing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship-building abilities and networking skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into operational plans.
  • Experience in event operations or willingness to be hands-on during event execution.
  • Good organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel locally or pan-India when required.
  • Preferred: Experience of event sales with knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
