Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and implement comprehensive QA test

strategies and plans.

  • Lead and mentor the QA team in both manual and automated

testing activities.

  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to assure timely completion

of testing deliverables.

  • Design, review, and approve test cases, test scripts, and test

data for completeness and accuracy.

  • Manage test execution, track defects, prioritize and ensure

prompt resolution in collaboration with development teams.

  • Communicate test progress, results, and risks to project

stakeholders and management regularly.

  • Implement and track QA metrics, analyze test results, and

identify areas for improvement.

  • Drive automation initiatives and maintain automation

frameworks as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices

for software quality and testing.

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end QA process, from

requirements analysis to test closure. Should be able to lead a

team and handle customers.
