Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular boxing training sessions for kids, youth, and adults.

Design customized training plans focusing on strength, stamina, technique, and skill development.

Teach correct punching techniques, defensive skills, footwork, and conditioning.

Prepare athletes for inter-club, district, state, and national-level competitions.

Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing academy rules and safety protocols.

Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, discipline, and sports ethics.

Coordinate with academy management for scheduling, reporting, and event participation.

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.

Maintain boxing equipment in good condition.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certified Boxing Coach (recognized by Boxing Federation of India or equivalent body).

Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at academy/club level.

Strong knowledge of boxing techniques, drills, and conditioning methods.

Ability to train across different age groups and fitness levels.

Job Type: Part-time
