Role & responsibilities

  • To be involved in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile.
  • To develop the Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities.
  • Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning.
  • To develop vibrant concepts & creative advertising campaigns like Newspapers, magazines, radio, online as well as outdoors and manage relations with multiple creative and/or media agencies to ensure efficient and effective spending of advertising budget as per Company Policy.
  • To develop collaterals like brochures, leaflets, walkthrough and danglers & oversee the printing, production or advertising and promotional materials in line with Company policy.
  • To develop and execute the companys advertising campaigns and to promote awareness and increase footfalls & brand saliency.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

  • Excellent understanding of the Real Estate local/global market and process the lifecycle of a real estate transaction.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Property Marketing.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Initiative & Innovative (think out-of-the box) and commitment to achieve Quality Orientation and Accuracy content.
