About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our overall marketing,

branding, and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise

in OTT / digital media and proven success in driving brand growth through data-driven

performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

 Define and execute the company's marketing, branding, and communication

strategy.

 Conceptualize and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and

offline channels.

 Manage external agencies, media partners, and creative resources.

 Develop and execute influencer marketing and PR strategies to enhance

brand visibility.

 Drive performance marketing initiatives with a focus on measurable growth.

 Analyze marketing KPIs and ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data

insights.

 Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

 6 – 10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.

 Proven expertise in OTT platforms, digital media, and performance

marketing.

 Strong knowledge of brand building, consumer insights, and market trends.

 Experience managing agencies, PR, and influencer networks.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
