Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer located in Nashik Dhule. The professional will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, driving sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new opportunities in the financial products market. Duties also include collaborating with other teams to achieve business goals, ensuring smooth communication, and consistently delivering solutions that match customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Relationship Management and Finance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Sales strategies and driving business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with innovative banking tools and practices is advantageous
